Branding.

An annual report is one of the most demanding creative challenges in brand communications, it has to work as a legal document, a stakeholder communication, and a brand statement all at once. This one had to do something more: introduce the unified identity of Medica and Dean Health Plan to the world for the first time.

"Better Together" isn't just a theme. It's the brand in action, expressed through photography direction, typography, icon language, infographic systems, and editorial storytelling that spans maternal health, mental health, community care, and equity. Every spread reinforces the same visual DNA: warm, human, trustworthy, mission-driven.

The result is a report that doesn't feel like a report.
It feels like a brand that actually means what it says.
